Returns/Exchanges

Earrings and some custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unless the seller is at fault, the cost of shipping the items back to Uniquely Twisted by ME is the buyer's responsibility and only the cost of the product will be refunded once the items are returned (no postage or handling fees will be refunded). We are not responsible for damaged or items lost in return transit.
